1. Lead Commissioning Engineer
Experiences Details:
1. 8-10 Years commissioning back ground experience on project similar in nature and location to the works ( as a team leader )
2. Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning topside onshore within a fabrication yard environment.
3. Evidence in start-up and commissioning hydrocarbon within an integrated start-up team.
4. Familiar with the used of completions management systems, such as WINPCS.
5. Familiar with the commissioning contract, procedure, standard and etc.
6. Experience with developing /review commissioning test procedures.
7. Experience with developing/review work-pack & job cards
8. General computer literacy and technically competent.
2. Instrument Commissioning Engineer
Experiences Details:
1. 8-10 Years commissioning back ground experience on project similar in nature and location to the works ( as a team leader )
2. Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning topside onshore within a fabrication yard environment.
3. Evidence in start-up and commissioning hydrocarbon within an integrated start-up team.
4. Familiar with the used of completions management systems, such as WINPCS.
5. Detailed technical knowledge of commissioning SCADA systems.
6. Detailed knowledge of start-up and testing of instrument and /or telecommunication systems.
7. Experience with loop checking and instrument calibration.
8. Experience with causes & effected testing, DCS systems, MOC systems, MOS and Etc.
9. Experience with developing /review commissioning test procedures.
10. Experience with developing/review work-pack & job cards
11. General computer literacy and technically competent.
3. Mechanical / Piping Commissioning Technician
Experiences Details:
1. 6-8 years commissioning background and experience on projects similar in nature and location to the WORKS.
2. Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning topsides onshore within a Fabrication Yard.
3. Evidence in start-up and performance testing of offshore facilities within an integrated Start-up Team.
4. Experience with commissioning of mechanical static and rotating equipment including pump, pedestal crane, alignment, tanks etc.
5. Familiar with P&ID, piping isometrics and experience with piping identification, cleaning and inspection methods, Flushing and leak testing of piping and vessel systems.
6. Experience with developing/review Commissioning Test Procedures.
7. Experience with developing/review instrument hook-up work-packs & job-cards.
4. Electrical Commissioning Technician
Experiences Details:
1. 6-8 years commissioning background and experience on projects similar in nature and location to the WORKS.
2. Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning Topsides onshore within a Fabrication Yard.
3. Experience in start-up and performance testing of offshore facilities within an integrated Start-up Team.
4. Detailed technical knowledge of Topsides Electrical systems.
5. Evidence in commissioning power generation systems.
6. Evidence in developing and managing Lock-Out / Tag-Out (LOTO) systems.
7. Experience with continuity testing, motor direction checks, Lux checks and HI-POT earthing checks and other related electrical testing.
8. Experience in developing/review Commissioning Test Procedures.
9. Experience in developing/review electrical hook-up work-packs and job-cards.
